Knorr-44 was a single leg cruise, Woods Hole to Woods Hole. Duration of the cruise was fifteen days, December 4-19, 1974. Fifteen deep-sea subsurface moorings were recovered, one of which was at sea for one year. The remaining moorings had been out for eight months. An east-west gulf stream survey was carried out using XBT's and CTD's. One VACM test mooring was launched and a twenty-four hour CTD yo-yo experiment was done. (Author)
