An Air Force Guide to Contracting for Software Acquisition.

Abstract

This document is one of a series of guidebooks for software acqusition management. The guidebooks are being prepared for use by Air Force Program Office personnel who are responsible for planning and managing the development of software. This guidebook covers contracting aspects from early procurement planning through the source selection process to the management of the contractor's work.
