New Developments in Navy Manpower/Personnel Planning - Support of the POM-77 MRCP.

Abstract

The report is a description of a computerized system to assist Navy manpower and personnel planners in assessing the implications of proposed incremental or decremental programs. Products are available to highlight manpower excesses and deficiencies by rating and paygrade as compared to projected personnel inventories, to provide manpower costs of proposed programs and to summarize manpower increments and decrements for each program.
