Production Engineering Measure for Manufacture of Meteorological Balloons Type ML-566(XE3)/AM.
Abstract
The first section contains a complete description of the ML-566(XE3)/AM balloon, and work conducted relating to problems in its construction. All steps of the manufacturing process were evaluated. The work led to the establishing of a pilot production line capable of producing fifteen ML-566(XE3)/AM balloons in an eight hour shift. The second section contains a complete process specification for the manufacture of the ML-566(XE3)/AM balloon. The third section consists of the quality control manual.
