Product Liability and the Army Materiel Command.
Abstract
The effects of product liability on the Army Materiel Command, and suggestions how Mil Std. 882 could improve are discussed in this report. Also included are summaries of some product liability cases filed against AMC and their contractors. These case histories include a description of the accident, the arguments presented by both the plaintiffs and defendants, and the decisions made by the courts.
