Passive Nosetip Technology (PANT) Program. Volume 12. Nosetip Transition and Shape Change Tests in the AFFDL 50 MW RENT Arc - Data Report

Abstract

Test results are presented for the Fall 1973 Passive Nosetip Technology testing program. The purposes of these experiments were nosetip shape change testing at conditions predicted to produce irregular shapes, and testing to obtain data on nose radius and material effects on transition. Shape change behavior is discussed.
