Weapon Performance Testing and Analysis: The MODI-PAC Round, the Number 4 Lead-Shot Round, and the Flying Baton

Abstract

The primary purpose of this report is the presentation of performance data for the three items tested; namely, the MODI-PAC, the No. 4 lead-shot round, and an experimental item, the Flying Baton. These items were tested as a first step in determining their potential as less-lethal weapons.
