Development and Fabrication of 1000 Hz RC Oscillator.
Abstract
Work was performed toward developing an oscillator for use as a timing reference in ordnance applications. This oscillator requires a frequency stability of 1000 Hz plus or minus 0.05% over the operating temperature range of -55C to +75C. In addition, the device must have a ten-year life frequency stability of plus or minus 0.05%.
