Raman Scattering in Resonance with an Optical Transition of a Jahn Teller System,

Abstract

Theoretical results are presented which predict the breakdown of the usual selection rules for the first order Raman scattering in resonance with a localized transition of impurities that exhibit the dynamic Jahn Teller effect in the excited electronic states.
