Quantitative Global Model of Ionospheric Electron Density.

Abstract

In this report contract work to date on the development of a quantitative ionospheric model is discussed. It is the purpose of the contract effort to develop a quantitative global model of total ionospheric electron density as a function of position and long term time variations (e.g., semiannual and solar cycle variations).
