Air-to-Air Gunnery Trainer Utilizing a Semiconductor Laser.
Abstract
This report describes a semiconductor laser system as part of a cooperative scoring system which can be easily installed on a trainer aircraft and, when used with towed retroreflective targets, will provide gunnery training without the need for an operational weapon and ammunition. (Author)
