Dictionary of Unique Terms of Remotely Monitored Battlefield Sensor System (REMBASS) and Related Sensor Systems.

Abstract

This dictionary of unique terms for use by participants in activities of Remotely Monitored Battlefield Sensor System (REMBASS) was compiled by the Mobility and Environmental Systems Laboratory, U. S. Army Engineer Waterways Experiment Station (WES). In addition to terms selected by WES, terms are included that were submitted by the organizations identified in Appendix A. Appendix B lists sources of definitions. Abbreviations denoting published sources appear in parentheses immediately following each term (where appropriate) and its acronym (where present).
