Development and Experimental Evaluation of Towing Modifications for the DCP-26 Transducer,
Abstract
Hydrodynamic and mechanical modifications for underwater towing are developed and evaluated on an existing acoustic projector. The projector is satisfactorily towed at a speed of 6 knots and depth of 375 feet. (Author)
