Issues of Physician Migration from the Perspective of the Recipient Countries,

Abstract

Based on a talk for the International Federation of Medical Student Associations, the paper briefly discusses issues of the international flow of physicians from the viewpoint of recipient countries. Problems and potential solutions are explored in terms of education, economics, equity and ethics. A bibliography of the more significant references on the topic is appended.
