User's Guide for a Terminal Homing Monte Carlo Simulation Utilizing a Digital/Linear Laser Seeker.

Abstract

This report represents a user's guide for a digital/linear laser seeker model which has been added as an update to the existing US Army Missile Command Monte Carlo point target, terminal homing, all-digital simulation program. Random errors due to variations in reflected laser energy level and signal processing gain as well as errors due to target ambiguity are modeled. Input/output variables are defined, and a sample run set is included. Several print and plot output options provide data presentation versatility.
