Abstract

This volume provides instructions for the steps to be followed by each Technology Team and a sample team output in the form of three Tables. The purpose of the experiment is to devise an analytical method for balanced allocation of fiscal resources among competing research and development projects in the three Services. Volume I (AD-A022 500) discusses the overall methodology of the experiment and should be read and thoroughly understood prior to undertaking the effort called for by this volume. Appendix I gives a list of technologies with codes to be used throughout the experiment.
