Quantum Size Effects in Semimetals and Semiconductors.

Abstract

Results have been obtained on the electrical transport properties near the surfaces of InAs and InSb thin films with and without MOS gates. Progress has been made in thinning GaAs epilayers to sub-micron thicknesses.
