Abstract
A formulation of general rehabilitation policy and procedures including decision criteria to consider which types of equipment should be subjected to rehabilitation. The report also reviews present Government rehabilitation policy and procedure for applicability to the types of equipment under consideration. The author proposes changes to current rehabilitation policies and procedures with comparison guidelines for rehabilitation cost vs. purchase of new equipment.
