Computer-Aided Environmental Impact Analysis for Mission Change, Operations and Maintenance, and Training Activities: User Manual.

Abstract

This manual (the second in a series) is designed to assist Army personnel in assessing EICS for three of the nine functional areas of Army activity: mission change, operations and maintenance, and training. The manual defines new terminology and provides a step-by-step outline for obtaining and using the system's output. Included in the instructions are designation of activity categories and activity descriptions for the three functional areas.
