Soviet Tactical Doctrine for Urban Warfare

Abstract

This is a study which analyzes the Soviet tactical doctrine for conducting warfare in cities. The study is presented in two parts. The first part is devoted to an extensive research into extant, open source Soviet literature. The second part is devoted to continuing research, analysis, and an examination of findings. This report is based on the second part of the study.
