Propagation Modeling and Analysis for High Energy Lasers

Abstract

This report analyzes simplified propagation codes and recommends improved models for characterizing the propagation of high energy CW laser beams. The following are included: A simplified optical train model; Creation of SAICOM computer program; Molecular absorption of DF laser radiation.
