Fracture Modeling in the SMITE Code

Abstract

This report documents the incorporation of the Stanford Research Institute's NAG-FRAG model into the SMITE code, a second order, Eulerian finite difference scheme modeling elasto-plastic material response to impact. Sample computations are presented.
