Environmental Impact Computer System Attribute Descriptor Package. Reference Document.

Abstract

This report describes the objective, philosophy, and use of the Environmental Attribute Descriptor Package Reference Document to the user of the Environmental Impact Computer System (EICS). The report explains why descriptor packages and paragraphs were developed, how to use them, and how they will help the user prepare Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements for their projects and programs in a more economical and efficient manner. The report contains background information about EICS, describes the three environmental attribute levels, and provides a copy of all descriptor packages and paragraphs developed to date, separated by technical specialty.
