Abstract

This manual contains guidance and step-by-step procedures which will enable graduates of the Individual and Group Problem-Solving Workshop to effectively train other Army leaders in its skills and techniques. A companion manual, 'Student Manual -- Individual and Group Problem-Solving Workshop' contains instructional material which enables Army leaders to acquire the basic concepts and principles of individual and group problem-solving.
