Performance Management Workshop (Instructor Manual).
Abstract
This manual contains guidance and step-by-step procedures for instructing Army leaders in how to analyze, measure, and reinforce subordinate behavior so as to produce improved job performance on a voluntary basis. The workshop format used leads directly to on-the-job application. In general, the materials were prepared to test out the effectiveness of implementing Performance Management within combat units. A companion manual, 'Student Manual -- Performance Management Workshop', contains instructional materials which enables Army leaders to acquire the basic concepts and principles of Performance Management.
