Data Structures: Specification and Realization.
Abstract
A general model for the study of data structures is presented. The model is structured by the introduction of a notion of equivalence between relational configuration and a notion of realization of a relational schema by an access-path schema. A specific example of a data structure problem is presented, showing the value of the model and the practical interest of defined concepts.
