Considerations for Intergroup Relations.

Abstract

For several years the Army has made progressive gains in the fields of race relations and equal opportunity at the command staff levels. In order to continue progress it must include all elements of the operating structure. Procedures must focus on the black soldier -- one of the prime parties involved in the attainment of smooth intergroup relations. The report discusses the variables associated with prejudice, individual or group, and the processes which promote prejudices.
