Index of Digitized Navigation, Depth and Magnetic Data from Scripps Cruises Processed through December 1975,
Abstract
Between 1973, when the last general index report was issued, and December 1975, 41 legs of current Scripps cruises, 17 legs of Glomar Challenger (DSDP), and 32 legs of older SIO cruises have been processed by the Underway Data Processing Group (359,000 miles of navigation, 308,300 miles of magnetics and 248,500 miles of depth data). Included in this report are a cruise leg index; track charts labeled with the cruise identifiers; descriptions of the standard forms of output; and information about obtaining data and the digital data formats.
