Design of Training Systems Phase III Report

Abstract

The overall DOT's objective is to provide NAVEDTRACOM management with additional tools in the form of computerized mathematical models to assist in predicting the quantitative impact of training resource decisions. The planning process will be enhanced by providing decision makers with the capability to economically and rapidly consider a wide range of alternatives. The project stresses a step-wise progression from system analysis, through development of computer-based test models of selected sub-elements within the NAVEDTRACOM, to recommendations for making the models operational.
