Abstract
The report documents a study of the methods and costs associated with the installation of the underground antenna cable portion of the Seafarer Project. The study included the proposed installation sites of Nellis in Nevada including Tonopah Test Range, Nellis Bombing Range and the Nevada Test Site, and White Sands in New Mexico including the White Sands Missile Range and Fort Bliss.
