Design to Cost, A Selected Bibliography.

Abstract

As a consequence of DOD emphasis, Design-to-Cost is becoming increasingly popular within the government/aerospace community. The problem of applying these principles to the total system Life Cycle Cost (LCC), including the Operating and Support (O and S) cost elements is particularly challenging. In order to promote an understanding of the basic concepts of DTC in terms of how it is being implemented. 217 titles have been assembled as a basic bibliography in the field.
