Abstract

The NGAUS Committee on Public Relations adopted its principal project for 1970 a nation-wide research project to determine the current attitudes of National Guard enlisted men in grades E-3 through E-6. Specifics were, reasons for joining, feelings about advancement, reenlistment, impressions of the Guard readiness mission, selling the Guard, techniques for selling reenlistment and miscellaneous recommendations.
