Soviet Opportunities in the Third World.

Abstract

This study examines the conditions and situations which create opportunities for extension of Soviet influence in the Third World. Based on this examination, findings are made concerning policy options open to the United States to minimize such opportunities and counter Soviet exploitation of them. (Author)
