Blood Preservation Study.

Abstract

Studies carried out under this contract, including the effect of mixing, the effect of various additives, such as dihydroxyacetone, the bicarbonate-adenine-glucose-phosphate-mannitol (BAGPM) preservative medium and the development of the CPD-II (CPD with added glucose and adenine) are outlined.
