Training Management in Basic Combat Training.

Abstract

This report on training management in BCT presents the findings of the working group as a result of their study of BCT as part of the Army Training Center System. The report is based on an examination of Department of Army and CONARC training directives, BCT Army Subject Schedules and their lesson outlines, subject lesson plans, observation of training, and a preliminary analysis of a survey of other than formal training hours activities of basic training.
