Method of Moments Applications - Coupling through a Rectangular Aperture in a Plane Screen.

Abstract

This method of moments is used in conjunction with Babinet's principle to treat problems involving coupling of energy through rectangular apertures in a plane screen. The complementary disk is approximated by a wire grid structure, and the method of moments for this wires is then applied. Loaded wires beyond the aperture may also be treated approximately. Aperture size up to about one square wavelength is permitted.
