Practical Exercises: WAC Leadership Discussion Topics,

Abstract

The topics in this volume are intended to stimulate discussion in leadership classes. They set the stage for the student to gain experience in analyzing leadership situations and in considering the possible effects of alternate courses of action. In addition, they enable the student to gain a 'working' knowledge of the procedures, responsibilities, and expectations within the Army. The discussion topics were derived from information gathered during interviews with WAC officers and enlisted women about leadership problems.
