Automation and Centralization of Facilities Monitoring and Control Systems.

Abstract

This document presents a step-by-step procedure designed to enable Army facility engineers to determine the potential energy and dollar savings achievable with a wide range of automatic equipment controllers, and the costs assoicated with implementation of the control devices. Control devices considered range from local mechanical timers to central, computer controlled automation systems. (Author)
