Gamma-Ray Production Cross Sections for Silicon and Copper from Threshold to 20 MeV.

Abstract

Gamma-ray production cross sections for neutron interactions in natural silicon and copper have been measured for neutron energies between 0.67 and 20.2 MeV, and for gamma-ray energies between 365 keV and 10.246 MeV. The cross sections are in general agreement with previous work for both discrete peaks and unfolded spectra. (Author)
