Further Performance Studies on the ICL 1904A and an Early Study on the ICL 1906S.

Abstract

This memorandum contains results of a performance study carried out at the RAE on the ICL computer. An initial study on the ICL 1906S computer is also included. The results are presented in graphical form and are designed for easy and quick assimilation as an aid in the decision-making process required at management level. It should be noted that due to delays beyond the author's control, the current situation (september 1975) at RAE is now different from that described in this memorandum. For example the 1904A runs mainly under Operators Executive and the 1906S runs exclusively under the GEORGE 4 operating system. (Author)
