Abstract
This three-volume report summarizes research efforts undertaken in a two-year research program to develop two laboratories at AFML for studies of the interaction of high-power CO2 laser beams with materials of interest to the USAF. In Volume I, various elements of the laboratories developed by Battelle are discussed. Volume II contains Appendices A-E which present detailed schematics, listings, and drawings for some of the laser laboratory systems. Appendix A. Wiring Diagrams for LCL Control Console and EAL Timing Shutter Electronics; Appendix B. NLCL Event Sequencer Schematic Diagrams; Appendix C. NLCL Safety Control Panel Schematic Diagrams; Appendix D.
