Subversive Aspects of Civil Disturbances Which Threaten the National Security.

Abstract

Civil disturbances are occurring with greater frequency and increased violence. Causes and disorder reveal a pattern of active participation by members of subversive groups who create or prolong the violence and confrontation. Militant forces in our cities and colleges are openly advocating the destruction of the existing establishment. The national security is threatened by the violence and demands of militant students who are against everything of a military nature. The time has arrived for the enactment of stronger laws, initiation of new social and economic reforms, and the taking of positive action against all subversive groups. (Author)
