Measured Surface Charge and Current Distributions on Scattering Rectangular Plates

Abstract

The work describes the measurement of surface charge and current distributions on rectangular conducting plates under monochromatic, electromagnetic illumination. Different plate widths and angles of incidence are investigated. The results are graphed, analyzed and compared to theoretical computations.
