The Aspect of Organizational Climate in Research and Development Management.

Abstract

The report presents a general overview of the factors considered necessary in an organizational climate which is conducive to innovative and creative R and D. A comparison of the climates found in the university laboratory, government laboratory, small industrial organization, and large industrial organization is made, and a brief discussion of the new DOD policies concerning R and D, and its possible effect on these organizational climates, is presented in the conclusion.
