Possibilities of Supperregenerative Amplification of Optical Oscillations,

Abstract

Approximate expressions for the amplification factor of a monochromatic signal were obtained by theoretical means as well as the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the superregenerative laser amplifier (SLA) by way of examining transparency of the active Fabry-Perot interferometer as a function of time under the rectangular law of modulation of its quality factor.
