Diffusion Studies of Sodium Tracer in KN3 and Rubidium Tracer in RbN3.
Abstract
KN3 and RbN3 are an interesting but little studied pair of ionic compounds. The present investigation undertook to grow and characterize single crystals of these materials and to investigate their transport and point defect properties by radio-tracer serial sectioning diffusion experiments.
