Lessons Learned in a Small Project.

Abstract

This paper is a review of some of the major areas of concern facing managers in a small Army project office. It explores areas such as responsibilities of the project manager, contract planning and management, testing and training and cost/schedule control systems criteria from the standpoint of lessons learned through actual experiences in a small Army project. Using these data, various factors essential to cohesive management are discussed and evaluated.
