Analysis and Recommendations to Improve Matrix Organization Efficiency.

Abstract

This study examines the current methods used by successful program managers to accomplish work tasks within the Navy's matrix organization. The examination was directed toward management methods used by the PMs to achieve efficient work patterns, and the personal qualities each PM displayed during structured interviews.
