A Dynamic Formulation of Index Functions for the Theory of Cost and Production.

Abstract

In the context of a dynamic model (production correspondence), index functions are defined for output histories; input histories and price histories for the same, with special forms developed for homothetic dynamic structure leading to dynamic aggregate expressions for the theory of production.
