Development of a Videotape Training Program on Communication for the Local Defense Civil Preparedness Director/Coordinator.
Abstract
A communication training progam utilizing videotape and classroom activities was developed for local defense civil preparedness coordinators. This report describes the communication content included in the program and the rationale for the selection of the instructional and media strategies used. The instructional development process used to design the training program is also presented. (Author)
